Which temperature is suitable for layers - Charly - 12-25-2015 What is the best temperature for them? The temperature where they will lay more eggs. RE: Which temperature is suitable for layers - Henlus - 12-25-2015 For optimum egg production, layers require a temperature and humidity range of 20-24°C (65-80°F.) and 60-80% relative humidity. For every 1oC lower than 20oC, the bird will consume extra 1.5g of feed per day. When temperature rises above 24oC, egg weight and shell quality tend to suffer. RE: Which temperature is suitable for layers - Charly - 10-30-2017 Great info, thanks. |
